1.69 Lakh To Appear In JRBT Exam: Covid19 Positive Candidates Under Question Mark

Education minister Ratan Lal Nath said there are 1,69,000 candidates have applied for the different posts in group C and Multi Tasking stuff group D posts among the One Lakh Four Thousand applicants will be appearing for group C category posts. The Koint Recruitment Board Of Tripura JRBT is all set to conduct the biggest recruitment examinations scheduled to be held on 24th April Saturday for the recruitment of group D staff and 25th April for selecting group C aspirants through 600 different exam centers across the state. In the main time the JRBT has completed the necessary training for the supervisors assistants supervisors, observers and initiated properties of issuing pree exam materials to the concerned officials for smooth conductance of the exam. The JRBT is committed to complying with the Covid19 protocol. To curve the spread of the disease a sitting layout will be made maintaining the social distance norms. According to the chairman there will be one candidate on each bench. Exam Centre/Venue has been set up in almost every block in the state to give easy access to the nearby applicant. On the other hand in the backdrop of Covid19 spike, a thoughtfull question is also floating in the air whether the offline exam will act as a catalyst for spreading the disease. Concerned about the current rise in the positive cases many candidates think online exams are more prefearable to offline exams. In just three days from today many parents guardians apprehend if their candidate can manage to get the required Covid19 certificate in hands. It is also not clarified yet those candidates who have been tested Covid19 positive will be given an alternative chance to attend the recruitment exams online. The JRBT has to clear that doubt rising in the minds of many worried candidates. In an argent notification issued by the Joint Recruitment Board of Tripura said that given the sudden rise in the Covid 19 cases across the country it has become important to make it mandatory for all those applicants coming from outside the state to appear in the recruitment examinations to be held on 24th and 25th 2021 in the 600 exam centre/ venus across the state are to produce RT-PCR Negative report generated no earlier than 72 hours before entry in Tripura. The notification further that their entry in the exam venues is subject to production of the RT-PCR Negative Report generated within the permissible time of 72 hours aloy with a provisional Admission Certificate and one photo bearing identity card. This mandatory directive has to be abided by all concerned engaged in conducting the requirement exam.
