Tripura registered 542 fresh covid cases on Thursday in tripura. With this 542 cases tally reached total 17,838. The state also registered 5 covid19 deaths during last 24 hours till Thursday night. with these 5 deaths Toll stands on 172. According to the data provided by tripura health department, till Thursday night total 6829 active cases are there in the state where fatality rate is 1%. Total 10,255 patients recovered so far with 59’41% recovery rate. Meanwhile, a two-member panel from the Union ministry of health and family welfare reached here on Thursday to take stock of the Covid-19 situation in the state. The visit of the two-member team assumes significance in the wake of high number of coronavirus cases and fatalities reported from the west tripura district. Central health team to visit all the districts to examine the covid situation.
