Reliance Jio has started its 5G (True 5G) service on Friday in Shillong, Imphal, Aizawl, Agartala, Itanagar, Kohima and Dimapur.
The news agency has informed that with these seven cities of the Northeast, the company’s True 5G network is now available in 191 cities across the country.
According to the news agency ANI , Reliance Jio has informed on Friday that it has started its True 5G service in seven cities of Northeast Shillong, Imphal, Aizawl, Agartala, Itanagar, Kohima and Dimapur.
Furthermore, the company said in a statement shared with the exchanges that “by December 2023, Jio 5G will be made available in every city and taluka of the northeastern states.”
Reports suggest that Jio users in seven cities across six states Arunachal Pradesh (Itanagar), Manipur (Imphal), Meghalaya (Shillong), Mizoram (Aizawl), Nagaland (Kohima and Dimapur), and Tripura (Agartala) invited for the Welcome Offer.
Explain that under the Jio Welcome Offer, users get unlimited data experience at speeds up to 1 Gbps without any additional cost.
