85 rape cases registered in 2020 till date in Tripura. Tripura Pradesh BJP said this on sunday. Giving data on crime against women and other criminal cases BJP spokesman Nabendu Bhattacharjee said in 2018 number of rape cases in tripura was 106, and in 2019 it was 105. ‘Number of rape cases decreasing in Biplab Deb government’ claims BJP spokesman. Addressing a press conference at party headquarter on sunday BJP spokesman Nabendu Bhattacharjee alao said that in 269 robbery cases and 771 incidents of attack are there in the list in current year while incidents of robbery in 2018 was 364 and incidents of attack in 2018 and 2019 was 1176, 967 respectively. He also said that CPIM is staping down playing victim card in upcoming ADC poll.
