Bumrah Retains No.1 Test Rank, Babar Azam Climbs to 10th

India pacer Jasprit Bumrah continues to rule the ICC Test bowling rankings, while Pakistan captain Babar Azam has made a notable return to the top 10 among Test batters.

According to the latest ICC Men’s Player Rankings, Bumrah remains at the summit with 870 rating points. Australia’s Travis Head leads the Test batting chart with 853 points, while India’s Ravindra Jadeja continues to occupy the No. 1 position among Test all-rounders.

Babar Azam Makes Test Top-10 Comeback

Babar Azam has climbed five places to reach 10th position with 716 rating points in the latest Test batting rankings.

The Pakistan batter finished the two-Test series against the West Indies as his team’s leading run-scorer, collecting 193 runs. His performances included an 88 in the second Test and an unbeaten 24 during Pakistan’s successful chase.

This is Babar’s first appearance inside the ICC Test batting top 10 since September 2024.

Pakistan’s Abdullah Shafique also made a major jump after scoring an unbeaten 160. He moved 25 places to 32nd in the Test batting rankings.

Travis Head Leads Test Batting Rankings

Australia’s Travis Head remains the highest-ranked Test batter with 853 points. England’s Harry Brook is just one point behind on 852.

Joe Root, Steve Smith and Temba Bavuma complete the top five. India captain Shubman Gill is seventh with 743 points, while Yashasvi Jaiswal occupies ninth place with 733.

Bumrah Continues Test Bowling Dominance

Jasprit Bumrah remains the world's No. 1 Test bowler with 870 rating points.

New Zealand’s Matt Henry is second with 861 points, followed by Australia’s Mitchell Starc with 838.

Pakistan spinner Sajid Khan has also benefited from his impressive showing against the West Indies, rising five places to 30th.

Ravindra Jadeja continues to lead the Test all-rounder rankings with 446 points.

South Africa’s Marco Jansen is second on 344, while Mitchell Starc and Bangladesh’s Mehidy Hasan Miraz are joint-third with 284 points. Australia captain Pat Cummins is fifth with 250.

Shubman Gill Retains No. 1 ODI Ranking

India captain Shubman Gill remains at the top of the ODI batting rankings with 801 rating points.

New Zealand’s Daryl Mitchell is second with 794, followed by Virat Kohli on 767 and Rohit Sharma on 758. The latest ICC rankings confirm Gill’s position at the ODI summit.

Afghanistan opener Rahmanullah Gurbaz has climbed three places to 11th after scoring 71 against Ireland in Belfast. Hashmatullah Shahidi has also moved four places to 50th.

Ireland all-rounder Curtis Campher has returned to the ODI rankings and is joint-59th.

Rashid Khan Remains ODI Bowling No. 1

Afghanistan captain Rashid Khan continues to lead the ODI bowling rankings with 713 points.

Pakistan’s Abrar Ahmed is second on 675, while England’s Jofra Archer occupies third place with 649. South Africa’s Keshav Maharaj and New Zealand’s Mitchell Santner complete the top five.

Ireland pacer Mark Adair has returned to the rankings at 17th.

Azmatullah Omarzai Leads ODI All-Rounders

Afghanistan’s Azmatullah Omarzai remains the No. 1 ODI all-rounder with 321 rating points.

Bangladesh’s Mehidy Hasan Miraz is second with 260, while Zimbabwe’s Sikandar Raza holds third position with 258.
