Trump Ends US Aid, Tells Nations to Secure Their Own Oil

U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday declared that the United States would cease extending assistance to other nations, asserting that countries must now manage their own challenges independently.

In a social media statement, Trump remarked that nations such as United Kingdom, facing difficulties in securing fuel supplies via the Strait of Hormuz, should instead procure oil from the United States, emphasizing that America possesses ample reserves.

He further stated that countries unwilling to rely on U.S. supplies could “demonstrate resolve” by navigating the Strait of Hormuz themselves to obtain oil, adding that the United States would not intervene on their behalf—just as, he claimed, they had not assisted America in the past.

Commenting on regional developments, Trump asserted that Iran has been substantially weakened, suggesting that the most challenging phase has already been accomplished and that other nations are now free to secure their own oil resources.

Meanwhile, the United States reportedly carried out an airstrike on a major weapons depot in the Iranian city of Isfahan. According to The Wall Street Journal, the strike occurred late Monday night and involved the use of 2,000-pound bunker-buster bombs designed to destroy heavily fortified and underground targets.

Citing a U.S. official, the report stated that the targeted facility housed a substantial cache of weapons and military equipment. The strike triggered multiple explosions and extensive fires as stored munitions detonated.

Trump also shared footage of the explosions on social media, underscoring the scale and impact of the operation.
