Agartala Press Club condemned the incident of ex chairman of Tipra Motha Pradyot Kishore Debbarman’s replay of a question to a journalist raising finger with expressing anger in the press conference.
On Monday during the press conference when a journalist asked pradyot is he leaving Tipra Motha (according to the media report) Pradyot lost his temper and replied raising finger that ” i never said such things. Media every time write such wrong against me. I never appreciate such words. I leave chairman post of Motha according to the constitution of the party. I will serve the party as an warrior”

Pradyot Kishore Debabarman, the newly ex-chairman of the state’s main opposition party Tipra Motha, today addressed a press conference.
In that conference, when journalist Pranab Shil asked a question to Pradyot Kishore Debbarman, he got very angry and started threatening him by raising his finger.
Clippings of this video have been obtained by us. Journalist Pranab Shil, a member of Agartala Press Club, informed the club officials about the matter in detail.
Agartala Press Club feels that this behavior of Pradyot Kishore Debbarman is indecent. A journalist has the right to ask questions. No one can blindly take away that right.
Agartala Press Club strongly condemns this incident and also hopes that the leadership of any political party will not repeat such incident in future.
