Two youths of Assam arrested by villagers with personal car while kidnapping a fourteen year old
minor girl in filmy style.
The incident took place at the Fulbari Gram Panchayat ward no 5 of Dharmnagar Subdivision Churaibari Thana area under Dharmanagar Subdivision, North Tripura District.
The arrested are identified as Ajmal Hossain (24) father Abdul Mukit, from Bandarkona area of Patharkandi police station of Karimganj district of Assam and Nazim Uddin (26) father late Abdul Haq, from Koutkona area under Nilam Bazar Police Station.
Two youths of the same village Shamim Ahmed (18) father Chand Uddin and Samsuddin (18), father Nizam Uddin of the same village have reportedly cooperated in the kidnapping case.
Currently these two are fugitives. According to the report, two youths from Assam came to Fulbari village to abduct a fourteen-year-old minor girl around nine pm on Tuesday night.
At that time two local youths accompanied them in this kidnapping incident.
However, the villagers understood the incident and were able to arrest the kidnappers with the car but the local youths were able to escape by taking the opportunity.
Later, the police of Churaibari police were informed and they rushed at the spot after receiving the information of the incident.
Police arrested two youths of Assam along with a car and took them to the police station.
At night, the members of the minor girl family filed a case against the four kidnappers in Churaibari Police station alleging kidnaping the minor girl.
