The ancestral house of former Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb has been attacked. The attackers have also carried out the incident of arson in shops around his house.
The miscreants broke the glasses while vandalizing the car. CPIM workers have been accused of carrying out the incident, alleged Biplab Deb.
The former CM’s house which has been attacked is located in Jamjuri of Udaipur sub-division under Gomati district.
Sources associated with BJP claim that the annual ritual was to be organized here in the memory of late Hirudhan Deb, father of Biplab Deb, but a day before that the miscreants carried out the incident. When this incident happened, there was no one inside the house.
According to police sources, party flags were destroyed during the attack.
“CPIM trying for communal riot. This attack is based on that conspiracy” said Deb.
“Who ever dared such incident, none will be spared” he added.
Meanwhile after this incident in retaliation shops and were set on fire.
