Inspite of denial of allegation he was beaten up by the jawans grievously. Khaleq Muah came back home. Hearing the incident Jashim Muah and Washim Miah both sons of khaleq Miah, Norbaha Begam, Hanif Miah, wife and wife’s brother of Khaleq respectively and Amina Akhtar another relative went near fence where two BSF Jawans were on duty. Hearing hue and cry Bikash Mandal the commander of BSF Debipur BOP came to the spot and he instead of trying to pacify the situation shouting Goli Maro Goli Maro. Than and than the BSF jawan who came with Mandal fired at Jashim Miah targeting upper body and in point blank range. No sooner Jashim fell down.
