Honeymoon over. At last, BJP backed Tripura TET Teachers Association demands for regular pay scale. Before election BJP promised regular pay scale for TET qualified teachers. But till now no initiative taken by government. TET Teachers Association also was silent. All the earlier meeting with related ministers regarding this issue was under courtesy. But on Saturday they demands for regular pay scale. Addressing a press conference on Saturday TET Teachers association said that when they met with finance minister Jishnu Devburman regarding this issue few days ago which was also under courtesy, he told that if education department move file to finance department, than only he can take necessary steps in this matter. Now the ball is in education department moreover education minister’s court. TET Teachers association appeals to the chief minister, education minister and finance minister to take immediate steps for the regular pay scale of the TET qualified teachers.
