After Diwali, the Central Government will take out ‘Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra’ across the country. This yatra will visit 2.7 lakh gram panchayats of the country. Congress leader Pawan Kheda has shared a letter regarding this on social media platform ‘X’.
It has been said in the letter that Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra will be taken out to showcase the achievements of the Central Government in the last 9 years. For its planning, preparations and execution, officers of Joint Secretary, Director and Deputy Secretary level will be made in-charge of Rath.
Pawan Kheda opposed this and said that how can civil servants be ordered to do political propaganda. At the same time, Jairam Ramesh said that this is another arrogant order of Narendra Modi.
According to the letter, the Yatra will start from November 20 and will continue till January 25 next year. During this period, senior officers will be appointed as Rath in-charge in all 765 districts. During the yatra, the benefits of central government schemes will be extended to the general public.
This letter has been written by JS Malik, Under Secretary of the Government of India, to the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax. It has been said that 15 officers of Delhi region should be nominated to be made Rath in-charge.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set a target of extending the benefits of government schemes to all people in 6 months. Only for this, Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra will be taken out. News agency PTI has given this information quoting sources.
During the yatra, people will be given the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural), National Rural Livelihood Mission, PM Kisan, Crop Insurance Scheme, Nutrition Campaign, Ujjwala Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Jan Aushadhi Yojana, Vishwakarma Yojana and PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana.
