CJM Allows Police To Probe In Sailesh Yadav Case. FIR Registered

In the Manikya Court and Golap Bagan case, the police of the West Police Station finally took a case against the former District Magistrate Dr. Shailesh Kumar Yadav. The police had kept the GD for so long. But in the end the case went to the high court. The police were forced to take an FIR. Manikya court wedding bride’s father Dr Swapan Deb and Golab Bagan  wedding priest Sarbananda Jha field two separate FIR in this incedents.  The allegations have been accepted as FIRs as per CJM court direction. Police said, Dr Swapan Deb’s case has been filed against Shailesh Yadav under sections 323 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code for allegedly beating and intimidating him. Case number 83/21. The case filed by the priest has been taken under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code. The case number is 84/21. SI Srikant Guha and Debashis Saha have been assigned to investigate the two cases.On the other hand, the hearing in the Manikya Court and Golab Bagan case is starting from May 15 with a three-member inquary committee. The hearing will be held at the Government Guest House in  Kunjaban. All concerned have been asked to take part in this hearing. The three-member committee includes retired District and Sessions Judge Subhash Sikder as per Tripura high court order.
