CM Inaugurated The Program: Powdered Spices Now Available In Tripura Ration Shops

From now on, four types of powdered spices used in cooking will be available to consumers at affordable prices through fair price shops in Tripura. 

This was inaugurated on Tuesday at the Rabindra Shatabarshiki Bhavan by the Chief Minister of the state Dr Manik Saha. 

Speaking in the program on the public distribution system of the state the chief minister said that the public distribution system is for keeping the price of goods consistent.

“Therefore, the state government is continuously planning how to strengthen this public distribution system in the state and so that the people can get its benefits” the Chief Minister said.

He also said:

“After the establishment of the present government, ration shops have been distributed to make women self-reliant”

“Already 290 women have got ration shops in the state. The government is determined to work for the people. The current government takes the role to solve the problem. So since its establishment, the Government has been working to solve the problems of the people with transparency. And whenever the problem is taken as a challenge, finding a way to solve it”. 

The Chief Minister said that when Maitri Setu is operational in Tripura, the face of Tripura will change. After 2018, there has been a change in all sectors starting from the road connectivity

” In all cases the government is working for the Srestha Tripura” said CM. 

Minister of concerned department Sushanta Chowdhury was also present in the program. 

The ration shop dealers were present in the program of the day highlighted their problems.
