Tripura is moving forward under the guidance of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Chief Minister of the state Professor (Dr) Manik Saha said this while inauguration of Durgotsav in Norh and Unakoti district of Tripura on Friday.
On this day he landed at the ONGC complex at Batarshir in Dharmanagar under North district by helicopter at 11:30 am.
From there he attended inauguration ceremony of Durga Puja in Nayapara Kalibari. Then left for the traditional Durga Puja at Kali Bari in town of Dharmanagar .
On this day, the Chief Minister said that Tripura is moving forward under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. India has made a special place in the world under the leadership of this Prime Minister.
He prayed to Mother Durga to ensure that everyone can spend their days in peace and order during the puja days.
He also prayed for the blessings of Mother Durga for the people of the entire state to pass off the puja days without any disturbance maintaining peace and order.
After completing the program at Town Kalibari ceremony and spending some time at Dharmanagar MLA and State’s Assembly Speaker Bishwabandhu Sen’s house, he visited the Durgotsav of Dharmanagar Ramakrishna Seva Samiti and inaugurated a club puja of Dewanpasha and left for Kailasahar under Unakoti district.
On this day, the Chief Minister’s tour companions were Assembly Speaker Bishwabandhu Sen, North District BJP President Malina Debnath, Dharmanagar municipal council Chairperson Pradyot De Sarkar, District Magistrate Nagesh Kumar B, North District Police Superintendent Bhanupada Chakraborty and various levels of administrative officials and BJP party members.
CM saha attended the Durga Puja organized at Cabinet minister Tinku Roy’s house in Kailasahar.
Later CM Dr Manik Saha inaugurated several puja pandals at Khowai district and Teliamura subdivision.
