Come Back To The Mainstream: Pradyot Kishore Urges To Banned NLFT Insurgents

TIPRA Motha supremo Pradyot Kishore Debbarman urged to armed tribal insurgents from the outlawed National Liberation Front of Tripura (NLFT) to come back to the mainstream.

In this regard and about Thansa (unity) In his video message on Monday, Mr Debbarman mentioned:

“I want to appeal to those from NLFT who are still in the jungles of Bangladesh to come back to the path of peace. Don’t indulge in violence. Problems will not be solved with guns. Come and put forth your demands. We all have to rise above parties and organisations and speak in Delhi about our demand in one voice. Thansa means unity but the biggest problem of Tiprasa is our lack of thansa”.

“This is not the time for fighting with each other. Have patience. We are in a very advanced stage, the destination is just ahead of us. After crossing the entire river, if you run away just before reaching the shore, it will be your and the community’s loss. Chances will not come again and again afterwards. If you want to throw away this chance for personal interests, the next generation will suffer the loss. Many people feel there is nothing, we should leave, we should go to other parties. This is defeat,”
