Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha attended the executive meeting and told the party workers regarding Tipra Motha Supremo Pradyot Kishore Debbarman, so that Pradyot Kishore should not be called ‘Maharaja’.
In view of this, the Council of Tiprasa Hoda held a press conference at the party office in Krishnanagar on Wednesday and informed that it is unfair not to call Maharaja Maharaja.
Because the ancestors of Pradyot Kishore Debbarman have been living in this state since royal period. That is, Tripura was once the birthplace of the ‘Maharaja’.
Therefore, the non-political organization is demanding that the Chief Minister should not make such comments.
And still Pradyot Kishore is officiating for the ‘Maharaja’. It is not right to spread hatred like this.
They said that such comments of the Chief Minister are very sad.
They also said that the Chief Minister should not do such unethical work without developing the state.
