Preparations have started for Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra 2.0. This time this journey of Rahul Gandhi will start from Gujarat and to end in Meghalaya.
Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole gave this information. He said that party leaders in Maharashtra will also take out a similar yatra.
Nana Patole told that the second phase of Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra will be from Gujarat to Meghalaya. Big Congress leaders will take out yatras in different parts of Maharashtra. In the first phase of Bharat Jodo Yatra, Rahul Gandhi covered a distance of about 4000 kilometers on foot from Kanyakumari to Kashmir.
Bharat Jodo Yatra started from Kanyakumari on 7th September last year. This yatra, covering 3970 kms, passing through 12 states and two union territories, ended in Srinagar on January 30 after running for 130 days.
As of now, when will Bharat Jodo Yatra 2.0 start and what will be its route, its information has not been revealed.
Let us tell you that Amit Chavda, Leader of Opposition in the Gujarat Legislative Assembly, on Monday invited Rahul Gandhi to start the second phase of Bharat Jodo Yatra from Gujarat. He said that this journey should start from Gujarat.
Nana Patole said that he himself would lead the yatra in East Vidarbha. While Western Vidarbha will be handled by Vajay Wadettiwar, Ashok Chavan in Marathwada, Balasaheb Thorat in North Maharashtra, Prithvi Raj Chavan in Western Maharashtra and Varsha Gaikwad in Mumbai.
