Contractual Staff Nurses Of GBP Hospital Demands Regularization
The contractual staff nurses of GB Hospital again stages protest in the hospital premises demanding regularization of jobs and payment of outstanding salaries.
They stages protest on Friday.
A contract based staff nurse complained that the Tripura government had hired staff nurses for Rs. 20,000 during Covid Pandemic. Promised to regular their job. But now the government is not making them regular in the job.
In this regard, letters have been sent several times starting from the medical superintendent of the hospital to the chief minister, but no reply has been received till today.
They also said that they are suffering from uncertainty about their future as a result of being appointed for only one or two months.
Therefore, they demand that they should be regularized in their jobs instead of being appointed for one or two months.
