“BJP has harmed the people of the state including Jumia-Tribal people, working class. People of the state also know that BJP is harmful for everyone. There will only be destroy if they are in power. So there must be build a BJP free country and state. It is for this purpose that almost sixty one percent of the non tribal -tribal people of the state voted to defeat the BJP in the assembly polls. However, due to the wrong actions of the opposition party, it was unable to create BJP free Tripura”.
Saying this, CPIM Tripura State Secretary Jitendra Chowdhury urged all opposition parties in the state to refrain from taking wrong steps in the interest of the people of the state in the upcoming by-elections and Lok Sabha elections.
In a hall meeting organized in Agartala on Wednesday Jiten Chowdhury also said that even if people forgive a mistake once, they will not forgive the same mistake again and again.
He called upon the left leaders, activists and youth to take to the streets to regain power in Dhanpur and Boxanagar by-polls.
