Earthquake Of Magnitude 4.4 Jolts Tripura’s Bilonia, Amarpur

Tripura was rocked by an earthquake. The magnitude of the earthquake was 4.2 on the Richter scale happened at 3:14:36 ​​on Thursday morning.

There are no reports of damage anywhere due to the earthquake.

According to the report of the National Center for Seismology, the origin of the earthquake was in the Indian Ocean.

The earthquake was felt in Bilonia and Amarpur in Tripura. The origin of the earthquake was 10 km deep from the surface.

The earthquake originated at a distance of 250 km from Bilonia and 276 km from Amarpur.

Apart from Tripura, the earthquake was felt in Mizoram.

The magnitude of the earthquake this morning was not high on the Richter scale. Therefore, no damage reported due to the earthquake.
