A severe cold wave is completely gripped the state capital Agartala, the minimum temperature dripped down to 9.5 Celsius making the Friday the coldest day of the year as chilled dry and westerly winds giving a bone biting feelings at the peak of hoarse winter. Chilled cold wave and dense fog are putting lives and livelihoods to difficult in many ways for the residents of various parts of the state. At least three flights operations also were delayed and kept holding yesterday. The music of winter to continue to grip the state today i.e. Saturday and next 24 hours. Minimum and Maximum temperature may hover at 11 and 23 degree Celsius respectively, said Meteorological office, Agartala Center.
