Journalists To Wear black badges On Friday To Protest Biplab Deb’s Media Threat Remarks: Assembly Of Journalists

The Assembly of Journalists appeals all the journalists of tripura to wear black badges on friday, 2nd October to protest chief minister Biplab Deb’s threatening remarks to media. Thursday in a press conference at agartala press club assembly of journalists also said that, regarding this matter, latter will be post to president, prime minister and I&B minister also. Earlier CM Biplab Kumar Deb threatened media in SEZ inauguration program, sabroom. Assembly of journalists demanded to withdraw such remarks. But CM still silent. After media threaten remarks of CM biplab Deb, 8 journalists attacked in various part of tripura. Naturally journalists are under fear. Said assembly of Journalists. Veteran Journalist editor of syandan patrika subal dey, Jayanta Bhattacharjee of PTI, Paromita Livingston editor of Dainik Sambad, Shanit Deb Roy editor Ajker Fariyad, Journalist Samir Dhar, Bishwendu Bhattacharjee were present in the press meet.
