Prajapita Brahmakumari, in-charge of Tripura and Bangladesh Kabita Behenji (55) breathed her last on Friday.
She was admitted at a private hospital in Agartala during last seven days.
Her dead body was taken to Banamalipur and Aralia Ashram.
Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, devotees rushed to her Ashram after receiving the information.
Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar paid their last tribute to the deceased at Aralia Prajapati Brahmakumari Aishwarya Mahavidyalaya.
” This is a great loss for us. She was always active for social service” said CM Dr Manik Saha.
On the other hand former CM Manik Sarkar said that:
” She always fought for drug free Tripura. During several program and occasions i talked with youths who were drug addicted earlier. But as the came in touch with Kabita Behenji they were totally changed. Those youths also recognized that only for Kabita Behenji the became changed and living a drug free life”
