There is no sign to end on going post poll violence in Tripura. Late night attack in houses continue in various places of the state.
On Saturday night a group of miscreants attacked in several houses of Goutam Colony area under Charilam Assembly Constituency, Bishalgarh Subdivision.
Miscreants attacked and vandalized houses. At least eight people have been injured in this attack.
One of the victims said that:
” We are unable to stay in our houses since last 15 days. Under the leadership of one Rajesh Das of the area miscreants attacking us. Even today also he and his gang attacks in our houses”
” Since last 15 days i can’t open my fish shop due to their terro” said another victim.
After receiving the information police rushed to the spot. According to the last report paramilitary forces has been deployed in the area to bring the situation under control.
Notably Deputy Chief Minister of first BJP-IPFT Government Jishnu Debbarman losts the election from this Assembly Constituency.
