Tension spread in GB Hospital on Saturday due to the death of a patient allegedly lack of treatment.
Family of the deceased demanded to investigate the incident and take action against those responsible so that such incident does not happen to any other patient.
Bimal Laskar, a resident of Jagannath Bari area under Melaghar police station, died allegedly due to lack of proper treatment.
In this case, the family members of the deceased raised a lot of anger about the service of GB Hospital.
The daughter of the deceased said that there is a shortage of doctors in the medicine department in GB. There is no doctor available when needed.
Bimal Lashkar was admitted in Block B of GBP Medicine Department. After a long time of death, the doctor came. But by that time it was all over.
The daughter of the deceased complained about the quality of service in this case.
” Only ward stuffs were available when my father was dying. We were requesting for doctor, but….” saìd the daughter of deceased Bimal Lashkar.
In this incident, the family members raised questions on the medical service of GBP Hospital.
