Senior Tripura minister and BJP’s ruling ally IPFT founder-president NC Debbarma who was passed away on Sunday, has been cremated with full state honor on Monday.
He was cremated in his ancestral place Maharani under Teliamura Subdivision, Khowai District.
According to the pre-scheduled , the late
minister was paid last respects in the capital
Agartala on Monday.
The dead body of late NC Debbarma was
first taken from his residence in Agartala to All India Radio Center.
Everyone there pays homage to the late minister with flowers.
After that, the body was taken directly to the Tripura Legislative Assembly.

Ratan Chakraborty, Chief Whip Kalyani Roy,
Congress MLA Sudip Roy Barman, IPFT MLAS
including other MLAs paid their last respect.
Then the dead body was taken from there to Secretariat .
Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha, Minister of
Agriculture and Tourism Pranajit Singha Roy, Chief Secretary J. K Sinha, State Police Director Amitabh Ranjan and others paid their last tribute with flowers, there.
Everyone there expressed deep condolences to the family of the late minister.
Than the dead body of NC Debbarma was taken to his ancestral house, Maharani.
His funeral was completed in state honor there.
Noted, Minister N C Debbarma took his last breath at GBP hospital in Agartala on Sunday, in the first day of English New Year.
As soon as the news of death spreads, the shadow of grief comes across the state.
Tripura government announced public holiday on Monday and three days mourning in the state.
