National Housing Bank (NHB) is currently looking for eligible candidates for the posts of Senior Project Finance Officer and Project Finance Officer.

Age limit
candidates between 35 to 59 years can apply for PFO posts whereas candidates between 40 to 59 years can apply for SPFO posts. It is to be noted that age relaxation will be applicable as per government guidelines.
Educational Qualification
Senior Project Finance Officer- Candidates should have minimum 15 years of work experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks/ Financial Institutions.
Out of this, candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in handling Credit/Project Finance. The most recent position of the candidate should be in PSB / Grade D or above in Financial Institutions in SMG Scale V or above.
Also the last gross salary of the candidate should be equal to SMG Scale – V of IBA Scale.
Project Finance Officer- Candidates should have minimum 10 years of work experience in SCBs/ Financial Institutions. Out of this, candidates should have minimum 5 years of experience in handling Credit/Project Finance.
The most recent position of the candidate should be in MMG Scale III or PSB / Grade B or above position in Financial Institutions.
The last gross pay of the candidate should be equivalent to MMG Scale – III of IBA Scale.
