There were only 34% people with antibodies in tripura, shows the first sero survey. The survey was conducted from 15 to 17 October. Total 4800 blood samples were collected from 30 clusters of the 8 districts of Tripura. According to the survey report of Agartala Government Medical College Micro Biology Laboratory, in North Tripura District 22.09%, Unakoti 37.06%, Dhalai 25.36%, Khowai 39.53%, West District 41.76%, Shipahijala 41.40%, Gomati district 40.50% and in South Tripura District it was 19.50 Percent in terms of Antibody. South and North Tripura Districts till to achieve high percentage of Antibody. According to the expert it’s required 60% to call ‘Hard Immunity’. The sero survey is a study of how many people have antibodies (Immunoglobulin-G) against Sars-Cov-2 in their blood, indicating these people may have been silently infected and recovered, thus helping to map the trend and spread of infection.
