Ordinance Of Centre: Arvind Kejriwal To Meet Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi

Narendra Modi government has taken the power of transfer, posting of officers in Delhi from the state government ( centre ordinance).

For this, the center issued an ordinance last Friday night. Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal has tried to get the opposition parties to stop it in the Rajya Sabha on the way of the ordinance becoming a law.

To that end, the Delhi Chief Minister expressed his decision on Thursday to meet with Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and former president Rahul Gandhi.

After meeting with NCP leader Sharad Pawar in Mumbai on Thursday, Kejriwal said, ‘I want to meet with Khargeji and Rahulji after returning to Delhi’.

Kejriwal came to Kolkata two days ago and held a meeting with Mamata Banerjee. Mamata has promised that Trinamool MPs in the Rajya Sabha will oppose the Delhi Ordinance.

Before coming to Kolkata, the AAP leader met with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav in Delhi to secure the support of Janata Dal United and RJD.

The Uddhav faction of the Shiv Sena and the NCP have received support for the Mumbai visit. Kejriwal held separate meetings with Uddhav Thackeray and Pawar.

However, the most talked about at the moment is his desire to meet the Congress president and former president.

Although the Congress did not state its party position on the ordinance.

Senior leader Anand Sharma said the party will oppose the central government’s move in Parliament. Kejriwal wants to hear support from Kharge, Rahul.

Kejriwal’s decision is going to take a new dimension in the context of the ongoing bitter relationship between Congress and AAP. The Hat Shibir did not invite Kejriwal to the swearing-in ceremony of the Congress government in Karnataka last Saturday. Along with the BJP, the Congress is also at loggerheads with the Delhi UP government. In the meantime, AAP stood by the Congress against Rahul Gandhi’s imprisonment in the defamation case and the decision to disqualify him as an MP.
