A mega blood donation camp was held on Sunday at Nazrul Kalakshetra organized by the BJP Banmalipur Mandal in Agartala.
Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha officially inaugurated the blood donation camp.
Inaugurating the blood donation camp on this day, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha urged everyone to come forward to donate blood.
He says there is no caste of blood, no religion He also mentioned that it is possible to save four lives by donating just one unit of blood. Speaking at the blood donation camp on this day, the Chief Minister expressed his regret and said that Banamalipur assembly constituency is one of the most prestigious assembly constituencies in the state. He regretted that the BJP did not win from this constituency and urged the BJP to win from this constituency in the coming days.
Calling on the people of Banmalipur area, the Chief Minister said that the Prime Minister of the country wants to take the country and the state to the peak of development.
The Chief Minister called upon the people of Banmalipur area to stand by the BJP at least considering the views of the Prime Minister of the country.
He also said that why BJP did not win in Banmalipur assembly seat is analyzing by the party.
Notably Congress candidate Gopal Chandra Roy defeated BJP candidate Rajib Bhattacharjee from Banamalipur seat by 1369 votes.
