The date for the consecration of Ram temple in Ayodhya has been fixed. The consecration of Ram temple will take place on 22 January 2024.
PM Narendra Modi will be present in the program as the chief guest. He has also accepted the invitation of Ram Mandir Teerth Kshetra for this.
The delegation of Ram Janmabhoomi pilgrimage area met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday. Peetadhishwar Jagatguru Madhvacharya of Udupi, Karnataka, Swami Govinddev Giri and Nripendra Mishra were included in this delegation.
The delegation once again invited PM Modi to Ayodhya, which the PM has accepted.
PM Modi also gave information on X about accepting the invitation for the consecration of Ram temple.
The PM wrote, “Jai Siyaram! Today is a day full of emotions. Just now the officials of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust had come to meet me at my residence. They asked me to come to Ayodhya on the occasion of Pran-Pratistha of Shri Ram temple. I have been invited. I feel very blessed. It is my good fortune that in my lifetime, I will witness this historic occasion.”
Champak Rai of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir Trust in Ayodhya said that PM Narendra Modi will participate in the Pran Pratishtha to be held in January.
Apart from the PM, prominent sages, saints and well-known personalities from across the country will also be invited. Guests from various political parties will also be invited.
The Trust has planned to invite more than 25,000 Hindu religious leaders from 136 Sanatan traditions for the function.
Champak Rai said that efforts will be made to keep the main program non-political. There will be no stage in the program, nor will there be any public meeting.
The festival of Ramlala being seated in the grand temple will be celebrated in the entire country. For this, the Trust will appeal to the Ram devotees to organize a grand celebration of Ramlala’s Pran Pratistha Mahotsav in every Math and Temple of the country.
The roofing work in Ramlala’s temple is also more than 90% completed. After this, the construction work of the floor including carving of the idols on the pillars of the ground floor is going on.
Final touch is being given to the temple under construction. Installation of doors and windows will start soon.
