Prime Minister Narendra Modi will chair the meeting of the Governing Council of NITI Aayog on May 27.
Issues related to economy, agriculture and health are expected to be discussed in this meeting.
Official sources said on Wednesday that issues related to economy, agriculture and health are expected to be discussed in the meeting of the Governing Council of NITI Aayog, chaired by the Prime Minister, on May 27.
The Governing Council is the apex body of NITI Aayog. Last year this meeting was held on 7th August.
The Prime Minister is the chairman of the NITI Aayog. It was created on January 1, 2015 in place of the Planning Commission.
Usually the full meeting of the Governing Council is held once a year.
This includes the Chief Ministers of all the States, the Lieutenant Governors of the Union Territories and many Union Ministers.
