Reserve Bank of India Assistant Recruitment 2023

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the notification for Assistant recruitment on Wednesday. For which candidates can apply for recruitment by visiting opportunities.rbi.org.in

The last date to apply for recruitment is 4 October 2023. After this the form of any candidate will not be accepted. 

According to the notification, a total of 450 posts will be filled through this recruitment. In such a situation, candidates are advised to read the notification and apply as soon as possible.

The online preliminary exam of RBI Assistant 2023 is scheduled on October 21 and 23 and the main exam will be held on December 2. However, its schedule can also be changed by RBI as per the circumstances. But chances are high that the exams will be conducted on the scheduled date.

Candidates who are citizens of India, or citizens of Nepal, Bhutan, or Tibetan refugees (come to India before January 1, 1962) can apply for these vacancies. Apart from this, persons of Indian origin who have come from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries Kenya, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India are also eligible for recruitment.

However, these candidates must also have a citizenship certificate issued by the Government of India.

The candidate must be at least 20 years of age as on 1st September. Also, the age of the candidate should not be more than 28 years. 

Because age will be calculated from 2 September 1995. In this case, the age of the candidates should not be after 2 September 1995 and not after 1 September 2003. However, reserved category candidates will also be given age relaxation.

To apply for the post, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50 percent marks in aggregate. Whereas in case of SC, ST and PWD candidates, there is no requirement of minimum marks but graduation degree in the passed class is required.
