Union Minister Of States Pratima Bhoumik formally inaugurated the Rozgar Mela at the BSF camp in Shalbagan, Agartala on Monday.
BSF IG MP Gupta and other officials were also present there.
Speaking in the program MoS said:
“It’s used to take years to get a job through interview . By doing this, interview board would forget the name and address of the job candidate. But since the formation of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government in the country, initiatives have been taken to complete the process speedily”
“447 people have been offered jobs on this day. These include BSF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP and CISF. Out of this 285 have been given jobs in BSF. 100 in CRPF, 49 in CISF, 12 got appointment in SSB and 1 in ITBP”
“While the country is celebrating its 77th Independence Day, Chandrayaan-3, made by our proud scientists, has reached the moon. At this historic moment, 447 people have received new appointment letters today. They are the future of tomorrow. My congratulations and best wishes to these newly offered young men and women”.
“The highest priority of our government is to utilize the maximum number of youth in the country for nation building. In the coming days these jawans will perform the duty of protecting the country. Pratima Bhowmik also expressed hope that the country will move forward”.
On this day, the officials of the paramilitary forces along with the Union Minister of State handed over job offers to the youth.
