SBI Clerk Notification 2023: State Bank of India (SBI) has released the notification for recruitment to the posts of clerk yesterday on 16th November. Applications for this recruitment drive already started. This year the bank is recruiting clerks for a total of 8773 posts.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of the bank till 07 December 2023.
These vacancies were filled at various locations including Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Amravati, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Bengal, Chandigarh, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kerala, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow/Delhi, Maharashtra/Mumbai Metro, Patna, Thiruvananthapuram, North Eastern Region and Will go.
The bank will fill a total of 8773 vacancies for Junior Associate posts in SBI across the country. Candidates will be selected on the basis of an online examination which will be conducted in two stages i.e. Prelims and Mains Exam, where the Prelims Exam will consist of Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability and English Language. Qualification:
Candidates must have completed Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Candidates possessing Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.12.2023.
Those who are in the final year/semester of their graduation can also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if selected provisionally, they must have proof of passing the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2023. have to present.
Age Range:
Candidate age should not be less than 20 years and not more than 28 years as on 01.04.2023.
Candidates should not have been born before 02.04.1995 and after 01.04.2003 (both days inclusive). However, age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates.

Under this recruitment project, candidates can appear in the examination only once. Candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State/UT must be proficient (reading, writing, speaking) in the specified local language of that State/UT (mentioned in the vacancy table given against each State/UT and understanding). A test for knowledge of the specified chosen local language will be conducted as a part of the selection process.
