TBSE Exams From May 18. First Time In NCRT Syllabus

Tripura Board of Secondary Education run Madhyamik Examination to begin from May 19,2021 and to continue upto june 4. Considering the long pandemic hours and for proper preparation of students, the schedule examinations have been delayed for two months. Similarly the HS Exams under old and new syllabus to begin from May 18 across the state and to end on June 21st. The Exams for Madrasa Fazil HS+2 Arts and Theology Exam under new and old syllabus will also begins from May 18 and the examinations of Madrasa Alim (secondary) examinations will also begin from May 19. Altogether 27,155 candidates appeared in this HS Exams from all streams with a hike of 6.73% in numbers of appeared candidates. Among them 22,438 candidates appeared under the regular category from 59 examination centers and 83 exam venues. Among the regular category students of all categories 18,064 students secured pass marks with pass percentage of 80.51%. This is the first time both students of Madhyamik and Higher Secondary will appear in the examinations under new syllabus and about 30% from total syllabus has also been reduced due to pandemic hours. But the students appearing in the examinations under the old syllabus will have to complete their 100% syllabus. Under the new NCERT syllabus pass mark is 33% and for old syllabus pass mark is 30%.
