CPIM Strongly criticized the speech of Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered at Swami Vivekananda Maidan in Agartala and also mentioned his visit as total waste of public money.
Reacting on PM Modi’s rally in agartala CPIM Tripura State Secretary Jitendra Choudhury said:
“People thought that PM will address the anger prevailing in them due to anti incumbency under the BJP rule of four and five years. But PM makes frustrated them”
” PM has wasted massive funds of public taxes. His speech was political. He alleged that tribals were deprived before BJP Govt. By delivering such politically motivated speech, PM Modi has caused a degradation of PM post’s value”
PM talked about International Airport but it was a former Govt’s project. Apart from that no international flight be added, rather flights’ numbers decreased nationally”
“Same with Indo-Bangla Railway project which is an old project started before Modi Govt”.
