A MoU has been signed between Agartala Press Club and Peerless Hospital for the treatment of journalists and their families.
Journalists and their families will be given a 10 percent discount on outpatient and admission treatment at Peerless Hospital, Kolkata. 15 percent discount will be available in case of medical tests.
A 10 percent discount will also be given if medicines are purchased over the counter at Peerless Hospital.
The patient will be transported free of charge from Kolkata Airport to Peerless Hospital by fully equipped ambulance. A 10 percent discount will also be given on medical packages. Peerless Hospital authorities will arrange discount for staying in hotel rest house if informed earlier.
Agartala Press Club and Peerless Hospital and BK Roy Research Center jointly organized Cancer Awareness Camp at Agartala Press Club on Saturday. MOU has been signed for the treatment of journalists and their families.
Rabindra Rai, Deputy Managing Director of Peerless Hospital, Agartala Press Club President Jayant Bhattacharya and Peerless Hospital Assistant General Manager Marketing Department Anup Bhakta were present on the occasion.
67 journalists and photojournalists participated in the cancer awareness camp held at Agartala Press Club.
