The main speaker on the stage of that public meeting was the administrative head of the country.

In his address to the gathering, Modi said, “Northeast India is now becoming the gateway to international trade through Tripura. Good connectivity is also being established along this route. The Agartala-Akhura railway will open new avenues of trade. MBB airport has also become international now. Connectivity to the country has become easier. Infrastructural manufacturing is expanding in Tripura.”

Modi claims that a lot of roads have been built in North-East India in the last eight years Apart from cities, rural areas have also been brought under this road expansion As a result, communication between states in the region has become easier and stronger Besides, flight services have been extended Along with this, the government has also emphasized on exporting various products made in North East India to the whole world.

In this context, Modi said, “Development for us means achieving specific goals through sustainable mobility.”
