State Congress president Ashish Kumar Saha and MLA Sudip Roy Barman raised the issue in a press conference at Congress Bhavan on Wednesday.

Speaking in the press conference Congress said that there is no development in the hills. The present ruling party BJP cannot do well for the tribals. Because they are anti-tribal.

“BJP is only trying to create division between tribes no tribes and create conflict” said Congress.

It has also been alleged that no money is being given for development in tribal areas.

267 people from 57 families have joined the Congress on this day.

Notable that the left front also has been making demand of passage of the 125th Constitution Amendment Bill for a long time. CPI(M) council leader Jitendra Chowdhury pressed the government on this issue in the last budget session as well.
