The state government accepted this order of the central government and sent preparedness instructions to all the districts.
House to house Aadhaar verification to start from this month. However, in this process, if there is an error found in the Aadhaar card it will not be corrected.

On March 9, the order to verify the Aadhaar card of citizens on a large scale issued From Delhi.
According to the report , this will not be implemented across the country. States bordering Bangladesh, including Tripura, has been included in this process.
The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIAI) has put forward a strange rationale behind this verification process. The data provided by them shows that 135 crore Indians have Aadhaar number.
100 percent of the adult population and 94 percent of the adult and minor population combined have an Aadhaar card.
Now they claims that the Aadhaar Act defines who is considered a ‘resident’.
This condition is not fulfilled while enrolling Aadhaar. Aadhaar card holders will now be re-verified if they are residents of their area.
Efforts have been made to simplify the matter by combining it with government benefits. But so far the way the government is proceeding with secrecy is not ruling out the possibility of other intention.
The state government has issued an order to start the process this month. Instructions have been sent to the District Magistrates of all the districts.
According to a source, the order has also been sent to the chief officers of all blocks, towns and city organizations.
Hundreds of teams have been formed to go door to door. According to reliable sources, teams have been formed for 32 blocks and 2 urban areas of 8 districts of the state.
BLO, Panchayat Secretary or Ward Secretary, GRS, Revenue Department representative and a Sub-Inspector are placed in each team.
They will go door to door and verify Aadhaar card. But they will not correct the record.
Many people already face difficulties in linking Aadhaar card with various services. A few days ago it made it mandatory to link Aadhaar number with PAN card and if not, a fine of Rs 1000 is levied.
