Amid the heat wave, the people of Tripura have got a lot of relief in the rain on Friday. Rain with thundershower occurred across the state. It was accompanied by hail. All in all, the pre-monsoon has made Tripura’s weather pleasant on this day.
However, the Kalbaisakhi storm also caused some damage. The sky was partly cloudy since Friday morning. It started raining after noon.
Eight districts of Tripura received rainfall. It is true that due to torrential rains there has been some disruption in public life. However, people enjoyed this atmosphere a lot.
Because, during the last few days, the heat wave makes the life of the people miserable.
According to the Meteorological Department, Tripura will receive light to moderate rains during next 24 hours as well.
On Friday , the day’s maximum temperature was recorded at 36.7 degrees Celsius and minimum temperature was recorded 25.3 degrees Celsius.
According to the weather forecast on Saturday the maximum temperature would be 34 degree and the minimum temperature would be 26 degree Celsius,
