A human chain program was organized by Trnpura TET Teachers Welfare AssOCiation in front of all Distict and Sub-Divisional Education Offices and School Inspectors’ Offices demanding regularization of the all the teachers.
Later a memorandum was handed over to the district ofticers at each place for the purpose of the state education officer demanding regularization. The presence ofteachers who had passed the TET was noticeable everywhere from Dharmanagar to Gandachara to Belonia.
In today’s human chain, a large number of TET teachers have voluntarily participated in the demand for equal pay for equal work. Rajesh Dutta, State President, Surjit Debnath, Organizing Secretary, Rajiv Mallick, Assistant Secretary, all the District Committee Presidents and Secretaries, SubDivisional Committee Presidents and Secretaries, leaders and teachers from all walks of life have led this human chain program on Friday.
They have requested to the Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb, and the Minister of Education, Ratan Lal Nath, to give them regular pay scale as soon as possible.
