Wife dies after falls from husband’s bike in Gangachhara Durga Chowmuhni area under Kakraban police station under Gomati District of Tripura on Monday.
According to the description of the incident, Bishnupada Bhowmik and his wife Sharmistha Dutta Bhowmik (43) were coming from Mirza towards Udaipur on a bike.
As soon as they reached Gangachhara Durga Chowmuhani area of Kakraban police station, a dog came in front of the bike.
Bike rider Bishnupada lost his control. Both of them fell off the bike and fell on the road.
His wife Sharmistha Dutta Bhowmik was seriously injured.
The local people witnessed the incident and immediately took her to the hospital.
The doctor on duty declared Sharmistha Dutta Bhowmik dead.
