The draft electoral rolls for the 28 constituencies of TTAADC have been published. The number of total voters stands at 8,64,328. Male voters are 4,36,119 and female voters are 4,28,206. Other voters are 3. The submission of claims and objections on this draft electoral rolls will be allowed till February 12 while claims and objections will be settled from February 13 to 17 and the final electoral rolls will be published on February 23. Once the final electoral rolls are published the District Council Election Commissioner would declare the election schedule for TTAADC. As per the High Court order the election to the ADC has to be completed by April 17.
