Power Minister of Tripura Ratanlal Nath warned various clubs of the state to refrain from using electricity through hook lines during Durga Puja.
On Friday he chaired a review meeting of the power department centering the upcoming Durga Puja.
After the meeting while speaking with the press the power minister mentioned to the various clubs and Durga Puja organizers:
” Don’t steal electricity through hook lines during Durga Puja. Because, if the hook line is used during the puja, there is a high possibility of damage to the transformer”
“if electricity is used through the hook line, there is a high possibility of tearing the electricity cable. Any accident can happen”.
“Therefore, i appealed to all the puja organizers that use electricity legally to avoid accidents during this festive season”
