Normal life was paralysed on Sunday evening in the Tripura capital as many areas of the town were waterlogged due to rain. The town and its low lying outskirts were submerged in rain water. Movement of people and vehicles came to a halt. Many shops were closed due to water logging. The rains, which started at 5:15 pm and continued till 7.00 pm. Although agartala is a Smart City but water logging problem is like a curse which seems to remain unsolved.
