On the occasion of World Photography Day, Chief Minister Professor (Dr.) Manik Saha has inaugurated a two-day photography exhibition at Rabindra Shatabarshiki Bhavan premises in Agartala from Saturday under the initiative of Tripura Photojournalists Association.
Speaking in the program CM Saha said:
The state government has given special importance to the development of tourism. A large number of tourists visited the state last year. Among them, the number of foreign tourists was also significant.
On this day, the Chief Minister said that the subject of this exhibition is Tripura Tourism. Photographs taken by photojournalists of the state are displayed in the photo exhibition.
Chief Minister thanked the entrepreneurs for organizing such photo exhibition by Tripura Photojournalists Association with emphasis on tourism.
