2 Hours 15 Minutes Speech: PM Modi Hits Congress, Rahul Gandhi in Parliament

Prime Minister Narendra Modi responded to the discussion on the motion of thanks on the President's address in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday. He gave a speech for long 2 hours and 15 minutes.

During this, the opposition came into the well and continued to create a ruckus. The opposition MPs raised slogans of 'Tanashahi nahi chalegi' (dictatorship will not work), 'Manipur-Manipur' and 'Give justice-give justice'.

The PM had to stop his speech twice during this period. The speaker advised the opposition twice not to do this. Speaker Om Birla said that this is not right, yet the opposition MPs continued to create a ruckus.

PM said- Congress party will be known as a parasitic party from 2024. Congress eats up the votes of those with whom it stays. I am saying this on the basis of data. On Rahul Gandhi's statement of 'Hindus are violent' yesterday, Prime Minister Modi said- It is a serious matter that a false conspiracy is being hatched to accuse Hindus. Are Hindus violent? The country will not forgive them. Now the Hindu society will have to think whether this insult is a coincidence or a preparation for a big experiment.

Earlier, when PM Modi reached the Parliament, NDA MPs welcomed him with slogans of Modi-Modi.

The PM narrated an incident without taking Rahul's name. He said, 'A small child went out riding a bicycle. He fell down and started crying. Then some elder came and said, look, an ant has died, a bird has died. By saying this, the elders entertain the child. Nowadays, there is a work going on to entertain the child.'

PM said- Remember the elections of 1984. Since then 10 Lok Sabha elections have been held. Since then Congress has not been able to touch the figure of 250. This time they are stuck in the trap of 99. I remember an incident. A child was roaming around with 99% marks. He was getting applause from people. The teacher said that he did not get 99 out of 100, he got 543 out of 100.

Modi said, ' A child came back from school and started crying loudly. The mother also got scared thinking what happened. The child said - he hit me in school, this one hit me, he started crying loudly. The mother asked, son, what was the matter. The child only said that he hit me, he hit me. The child did not tell that he had abused someone's mother, torn someone's book, stole someone's tiffin and ate it. Yesterday we saw the same childish act in the House. Yesterday it was said here - this one hit me, that one hit me, hit me here, hit there. A new drama was played to gain sympathy. Those who know the truth are out on bail in the fraud of thousands of crores of rupees. These people have already served a sentence in the case of calling OBC people thieves. They had to apologize to the country's Supreme Court for giving irresponsible statements.'

Modi said, 'When people have made up their mind to make the dream of a developed India come true, it is the misfortune of the country that the Congress, which ruled for 6 decades, is engaged in spreading anarchy. They go to the South and speak against the North. They have tried to divide in the name of language. The Congress party is openly creating narratives and spreading rumours to pit one caste against the other. Congress people are promoting the idea of a part of the country as inferior. Well-planned moves are also being made to spread economic anarchy in the country.' Efforts are being made to spread economic anarchy in his state where the Congress is in power. He had said that if the results do not come according to him on June 4, the country will be set on fire. Anarchy was spread by putting India's democratic process at stake. Anarchy was spread over CAA.

Modi said, 'Congress has always lied about the Constitution. I humbly want to tell the truth. This is the 50th year of Emergency. Emergency was imposed due to greed for power and demonic mentality. In this, Congress crossed all limits of cruelty. Toppling governments, suppressing the media, in every work, they worked against the clauses, spirit and every word of the Constitution.' The PM said, 'They have done injustice to the Dalits and backward classes of the country. This is why Baba Saheb Ambedkar resigned from Nehru ji's cabinet due to anti-Dalit, anti-backward mentality. After Ambedkar's resignation, Nehru ji used all his power to end his political career. Ambedkar ji was made to lose the election. Nehru ji celebrated Baba Saheb Ambedkar's defeat.' Modi said, 'Just like Baba Saheb, Babu Jagjivan Ram was also not given his rights. There was a possibility of him becoming the PM after the Emergency. It is written in a book - Jagjivan Ram should not become PM at any cost. If he becomes PM, he will never step down. Congress also treated Bihar's son Sitaram Kesari in a disrespectful manner.'

He said, 'It is a serious matter that a false conspiracy is being hatched to accuse Hindus. Are Hindus violent? This is your thinking, your character. This country is not going to forget this for centuries. These people had tried to create Hindu terrorism. They had talked about the destruction of power. The country will not forgive them. Making fun of the culture and tradition of the country has become a fashion. After seeing yesterday's scene in the House, the Hindu society will now have to think whether this insult is a coincidence or a preparation for a big experiment.

The PM said, 'Now outright lies are being spread about army recruitment so that people do not join the army to protect the country. After all, for whom does the Congress want to weaken our forces? In our country, Indira Gandhi ji had made a provision of One Rank, One Pension, but it was not implemented for decades. The NDA government gave 1 lakh 20 thousand crores for One Rank, One Pension.

The President had expressed concern over the NEET paper leak. The government is extremely serious about stopping the paper leak. We are taking one step after another to stop it. Those who play with the future of students will not be spared.

The PM said, 'The amount of investment that has been made for infrastructure in India has never happened before. Employment and self-employment opportunities are being created on a large scale in the country. We are working to ensure skill development and a bright future for the youth.'

He said, 'There is a study that the private sector has made the biggest record in the last 18 years. India's digital payment system has become an example in the world. Even the countries in G20 are surprised by this. As India is progressing, challenges are also increasing. Some people are attacking India's democracy, demography and diversity. This is not just my concern, the Supreme Court and the people of India are also worried about it. The Supreme Court has seriously said in its judgment - it seems that every possible effort is being made to slow down the progress of this great country.'

The PM finally said that my voice is strong, my resolve is also strong. Modi is not going to stop due to any obstacles. I believe that he will learn a lot and will try to avoid falling in the eyes of the people. May God give him wisdom too. Noise cannot suppress the voice of truth. Chairman, you gave me the opportunity to speak, I am grateful to you for that. I enjoyed a lot today. Today I learned what it means to live with truth.

After PM Modi's address, Speaker Om Birla said that in the first session of the 18th Lok Sabha, 7 meetings of the House were held. The House ran for 34 hours. During the session, 539 members took oath. The Lok Sabha Speaker was elected on 26 June. I got the opportunity to become the Speaker again.

On June 27, the President delivered his address. There was an 18-hour discussion on the motion of thanks on the President's address. 68 members participated in it. The productivity of the session was 103%
